Today marks a milestone.
The British Democratic Alliance Ltd is now officially incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 as a private company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16774652).
This is more than a legal formality — it is the first step on the path to official registration with the Electoral Commission to allow us to support Independent MP Candidates who share our vision and it’s the beginning of a movement dedicated to rebuilding trust, transparency, and accountability in British governance.
The BDA exists to create practical, lawful reform — rooted in fairness, democracy, and responsibility.
Every member will have a voice, every policy will be open to scrutiny, and every action will be guided by one principle: to serve the people, not the party.
We will soon open for public membership.
Until then, we invite supporters, professionals, and reform-minded citizens to stay tuned — the work begins now.
